24/7 Telecare Centre. We safeguard the health and lives of older people
Telecare involves the remote monitoring of the safety and health of elderly people, those who are unable to look after themselves, or those with chronic illnesses.
We use modern devices, such as life-saving wristbands or specialist equipment to monitor the condition and location of the person in our care. The devices are fitted with standalone voice modules which, with a single click („SOS button”), initiate a call to a member of staff at the 24/7 Telecare Centre. Paramedics, nurses and healthcare assistants working at our 24/7 Telecare Centre respond immediately to alerts indicating a threat to life or health by organising the appropriate assistance.

Frequently asked questions
Are your services reimbursed by the National Health Fund (NFZ)?
We operate in the private healthcare sector. Our services are therefore subject to a fee. However, we would like to remind you that we can issue prescriptions eligible for reimbursement, as this entitlement is linked to the patient themselves, rather than to the way the consultation is funded. The following are entitled to free prescriptions: senior citizens aged 65 and over, children and young people up to the age of 18, people with special entitlements, and others.
Do you issue e-sick notes or e-prescriptions?
Yes. As part of the „Medical Teleconsultation” service, an e-sick note or e-prescription may be issued. The decision on whether to issue such a document is made by the doctor. It is worth bearing in mind that not all medicines can be prescribed via a remote consultation (this applies, for example, to psychoactive substances, which can only be prescribed during a face-to-face appointment at our clinic).

Do you have any parking spaces available?
Yes. The clinic has a few spaces available in the building’s underground car park. Please contact us in advance to reserve a parking space. There is also a public pay-and-display car park nearby. Some patients combine their doctor’s appointment with a spot of shopping at the nearby shopping centre.
