Terms and conditions for distance electronic services
These rules apply to all users of the website mdtmedical.eu, as well as to patients using remote medical services, such as teleconsultation. In addition, the rules set out the principles of other services, such as registration for services at the clinic, blood collection at the patient's home or home medical consultation.
Organisational regulations of the MDT Medical entity
The regulations meet the requirements referred to in the Act of 15 April 2011 on therapeutic activity.
Regulations for the provision of personalised telecare
The regulations apply to telecare subscriptions and telemedicine monitoring, but do not cover telecare programmes run by local authority organisations where MDT Medical is the operator - each such programme has separate regulations available from the local authority contracting the service with telecare beneficiaries

The regulations apply to subscriptions for medical services (for example, in-patient visits).
